NICE THINGS PEOPLE HAVE SAID
ABOUT ME

Ciara is a brilliant creative. Over the years I’ve worked with her on everything from pitch concepts to digital, film and print executions. She excels in every situation. It’s a measure of her ability and value to Story that, without fail, whenever a new big opportunity comes in, the first question that’s asked is which copywriter do we have available to work with Ciara on this?
It’s simply assumed that she will be the art director.

What makes her special, though, is not just her creative talent, it’s how easy she is to work with and what a good collaborator she is. Whether she’s managing or partnering with other creatives, she knows how to get the best from them, directing when necessary, but usually subtly coaching and prompting to help get the right result. Personally, she extremely easy going – one of only a handful of creatives I’ve ever worked with who’s unencumbered by ego. It’s no coincidence, I think, that most of the work I’ve done at Story that I like best was projects where I worked with Ciara. She’s a huge talent and I would recommend her to anyone.

MARTIN CALLADINE, HEAD OF NARRATIVE
STORY

Putting it simply, Ciara is brilliant. Inventive, insightful, and highly skilled with world-class attention to design detail and the subtle intricacies of brand. Above all of this, she is terrifically supportive and a pair of safe hands under all circumstances. She’s actually a safer pair of hands than me, but I’m going to keep that quiet…

It was my pleasure to work alongside Ciara for nearly three years here at TMW. During that time, her talents were abundantly in evidence – from cutting edge creativity to fastidious attention to detail, all backed up by an excellent work ethic. And it was no surprise when her hard work was rewarded with Grand Prixs, at both the Precision Marketing and DMA awards, for her Guinness ‘Pub Landlord’ campaign. Ciara’s sunny disposition, broad knowledge and willingness to help others made her a valuable and popular member of the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

PHIL RHODES, HEAD OF COPY
TMW

Ciara is an Art Director with flair, unrelenting attention to detail but above all else, a keen appreciation of where design fits into the creative process as a whole. These qualities, allied with excellent people skills made working with her a breeze, whether it be supplying her with briefs or receiving finished layouts ready for build.
